MY FONDEST DESIRE

I’d like to drive with you tonight
To some faraway place
And sit and talk and hold you
And listen to music the whole night through…
Till the day-birds begin their singing,
And till the long and dark and lonely night
Fades in the light of our love’s new dawn.
Insulin drives fat into fat cells and prevents fat burning, and sugar and other carbohydrates in the diet raise insulin levels. Excess sugar not only causes obesity, it also causes type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and all manner of degenerative diseases.
A LONGING

How I long…
For something to give my life an importance,
To escape the boredom of everyday existence
And find at last our life’s true meaning:
To bring to light an unknown truth
Lain in darkness all ages past,
To sail a vast, uncharted sea
And reach the shores…
Of an undiscovered world.
When a patient is suicidally depressed, the last thing that person needs is an antidepressant for the simple reason that these SSRI drugs increase the risk that a person will commit suicide. Health and hope must be restored to that person by other means.

Where the sun goes at nighttime,
And the snow stays in summer,
Gone there for all time,
There she stays…forever.
People get themselves into very serious nutritional trouble when they stop eating meat and other animal foods and eat only plant foods. The vegan diet is inappropriate for humans. When people get off this misguided meatless diet, symptoms greatly improve.
