The sugar industry won’t stop marketing it, and most people won’t stop eating it despite its negative health effects, and they won’t stop giving it to their children either, so the health of the entire population will very likely continue to deteriorate.

Today in North America it is estimated that more than 100 million people are diabetic or prediabetic, and each year nearly a million people die of heart disease, unnatural disease conditions that are caused in part by sugar. This is a health catastrophe.

Reducing refined sugar consumption is a step in the right direction, but ideally it should be reduced to zero, and other refined carbohydrates should be strictly controlled as well. Eating less refined sugar is good, but eliminating it entirely is better.

Carbon dioxide is a natural component of the earth’s atmosphere. Plants breathe carbon dioxide and depend on it as a source of carbon, which is the basic element of life itself. Carbon dioxide is not a pollutant, yet it is often falsely regarded as such.

Climate con artists falsely claim that carbon dioxide from fossil fuels is a deadly pollutant, but the real pollutants we need to be worried about are chemicals such as glyphosate, which is harming the health of animals, of humans, and of the environment.
