High cholesterol in the blood isn’t a huge problem, but the drug industry continues to rake in billions from the sale of cholesterol-lowering statin drugs, which are needlessly making people much, much sicker. Pushing these drugs is a criminal enterprise.

Highly processed modern foods such as sugar and seed oils cause heart disease, not saturated fat and high-cholesterol foods, which have been healthily eaten for millennia. The claim that saturated fat causes heart disease is one of the biggest lies ever.
For optimal health, avoid wheat and other gluten-containing foods, but it’s equally important to avoid high-carbohydrate, gluten-free processed foods as well. Gluten-containing grains can cause serious health issues. Humans didn’t evolve to digest gluten.
Insulin drives fat into fat cells and prevents fat burning, and sugar and other carbohydrates in the diet raise insulin levels. Excess sugar not only causes obesity, it also causes type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and all manner of degenerative diseases.
Eating low carb. It works. Not just for losing weight, but for promoting good overall health and treating certain diseases as well. Carbohydrate restriction is by far the most effective approach to managing and treating both type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
Since it’s a proven fact that so-called antidepressants increase the risk that a person will commit suicide, should such drugs even be called antidepressants? These drugs are, quite often, causing people to become suicidally depressed and causing suicide.
